Runways aren’t just for taking off and landing anymore, sometimes they have a greater purpose. Halifax Stanfield International Airport recently opened its runway in support of the Lung Association of Nova Scotia. This run is dedicated to bringing awareness to the lung health of Nova Scotians through research, education, patient services and advocacy.
If you weren’t able to attend this year’s Runway 5k Run at Halifax Stanfield International airport, no worries, you can still show your support by donating to the Lung Association of Nova Scotia by visiting Donate Now!! Your donation will help support awareness, research and patient support within Nova Scotia.
